1964 Plymouth Barracuda that is in beautiful condition.
- One of 23,000 made and first year of the Cuda's
- Newer paint
- Interior has a small tear in the headliner.
- Front Seat has two seam holes which won't take much to repair
- Original 273 Engine. Doesn't use oil or smoke.
- Transmission seems to be strong.
- Nothing has been modified on drivetrain or body.
- No major rust on the outside or underneath.
* * * Items to be worked on. * * *
- Brakes need to be redone up front. (Pulls a little when you step on the brakes.)
- Vacuum leak which is affecting the carburetor, which makes the car idle a little rough. (The
vacuum advanced needs work.)
- A few surface rust bubble spots. No bad a good body man could touch up easily. (See Pictures)
No major rust thru areas on car.
- Front and Rear bumpers need to be re-chromed. (I know a place in Billings Montana that could
do a very good job and it would not eat up your pocketbook.)
- Speed-O-Meter doesn't work and shows 65,000 miles on it. (Can not verify the correct
mileage.)
- Two rips along the seams on the driver's seat. All rest of the interior I would rate as
excellent. (See Pictures)
- Drivers front headlight rim trim has a dent in it. I would just replace it, or have a
chroming shop repair it. (See Picture)
- Rear Backup lenses are broken. News ones are can be purchased. (See Picture)
- One small rip in the headliner about a half an inch. An interior person could fix it very
easy.
1964 Plymouth Barracuda
I would keep this car but I have no room to store it. In North Dakota winter is coming fast, so it is
time to get the cars stored.
This is a fantastic car. It just needs a little tinkering with to finish it.
Please look at all the pictures I have placed here. If interested then call me. I
will answer yourw questions if I can. 1-(701)-721-0170. I will consider a trade.
You are responsible for all transportation of this vehicle. I have sources for transportation that I have used
and they are very reasonable, or if you need a vacation and want to see the prairies Come to North
Dakota and get the car yourself.
THANK - YOU
