Dues and Fees for 2012 Club Season

Here are the fees for the season. We appreciate your attention to this as soon as possible. Make sure you sign the insurance liability release on the reverse side also. Deadline for dues- Feb 15, 2012

You will note there are two levels for membership in each category. Please consider the full USCA membership. If you choose this level, your will be supporting the USCA in their programs for competition and promotion of curling ( including the Olympic teams). You will also receive the Curling News paper, be eligible to compete in events outside of our club events such as playdowns, bonspiels, etc. The extra $35 per person goes directly to the USCA for their programs. This will also include the use of a locker in our clubroom.

In addition, you will note the $10 insurance fee per member. This fee goes to our insurance provider for liability protection. This is required for every member, in addition to their signature on the liability release on the reverse side (page 2).
