Stripe Sets
 Available in eight sizes and some in eight colors. Decal stripes are easily applied; single one color striping, two or more stripes in same or varying colors to obtain multi-colored parellel stripes. Each stripe is applied individually. For long continuous striping requirements, the ends are butted together or slightly overlapped. Stripes add much to the finished appearance of your models, be they streamliners or old-timers, and especially useful on colorful circus cars. Decal stripes may be applied over louvers, grills, etc., with the use of DECAL-SET which is applied AFTER the stripe is located in desired position. The use of lightly drawn pencil lines on the model is recommended to assure straight striping. On brush-applied paint jobs, decal stripes may be used for a straight and even color separation line, a heavy stripe being applied in same color as second coat and a brush-painting up to it. For sizes thicker than 5/64", two or more decal stripes may be applied parallel to gain a wider stripe as desired. Each set contains approx. 96 actual inches of striping.

Special Opaque White Stripe Material

This set contains solid white sheets varying from 1/2" to 7/8" wide by 2" to 4-1/2" long. For applications requiring wider stripes than available in our standard stripes, or can be used for cutting out your own custom designs from white decal stock. Paint your own designs in desired colors on the opaque white background, trim the custom colored decal to the desired size and apply to rolling stock, or for lighted and unlighted signs on various buildings, etc. Translucent enough for lights to shine through white material, same as our diesel bugboard numbers.
